Computers stolen at Lugugu Secondary

There is some protest action by parents and learners at Ligugu Secondary School in Dundonald, Mpumalanga under Gert Siband District.

Parents came and shut down all operations raising concerns about the state of the school which was built in the 1980s.

They say the school is not fenced and the safety of learners and teachers is compromised. The school has experienced several burglary incidents recently, with the latest one happening on Sunday, when computers stolen.

Parents say they will not allow teaching and learning to take place until their cries are heard.
